A varied career journey spanning two decades shaped my perspective on law that extends beyond the traditional legal profession. My expertise in litigation and advocacy stems from my early years in the Magistrates Court, working both the defence and prosecution sides of the courtroom. This paved the way for my transition into in-house legal counsel roles in various industries including disability, education, animal welfare, and automotive sectors. Working in-house gave me a valuable perspective on the challenges, both internal and external, that businesses face.

I've spent my career on the employer's side

Having led a team of workplace relations and work health and safety advisers, I am well-versed in providing clear guidance to businesses across the spectrum of workplace issues. I am also proud to have served as an employer advocate on several government committees. Here is where I discovered my passion for representing employers and advocating for practical outcomes that work for both businesses and their people.
